PARTNER ACADEMY
FOUNDATIONS·STARTER· 8 MIN

Your first 30 days, week by week

Partners who earn in month one are not better connected, they run a shorter loop. This is the plan: one loop, four weeks, no new ideas until it has been measured.

01

Week one: profile, three programs, three introductions

Write your profile around one audience and one channel. Pick three programs from the directory that sell to that audience, generate your tracked links, and introduce them to three real people.

Log every referral in your terminal the same day, with customer, deal value and expected commission. The discipline of logging is what makes week four possible.

02

Week two: publish one comparison, claim two briefs

Write the comparison your audience keeps asking for, using two of your three programs. Attach one tracked link per program, not five.

Then answer two marketplace briefs where you already reach the buyer. Keep them under two hundred words and end with a small next step.

03

Week three: build the follow-up, set the payout rail

Write your four follow-up messages once: the nudge, the case study, the objection handler, the polite close. Schedule them and stop improvising.

Set a payout method and connect a destination account in the same week. Partners who do this late lose a whole cycle the first time commission clears.

04

Week four: measure per program, then cut

Review each program on three numbers: referrals sent, deals closed, commission per referral. Drop the worst performer and double the best one. Build your first bundle from the two that worked.

By day thirty a working loop looks like six to ten introductions, one to three deals, and a first payout requested. If the introductions happened and nothing closed, the problem is the audience, not the programs.

  • Three introductions in week one, logged the same day.
  • One comparison piece and two claims in week two.
  • Follow-up written, payout rail connected in week three.
  • Per-program review and a first bundle in week four.
