Terms of Service

These terms govern how partners, resellers and brands work together on REPRE. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

LAST UPDATED · 6 NOVEMBER 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of REPRE, a platform that connects referral partners and resellers with brands running partner programs. By creating an account, applying to a program or submitting a referral you accept them.

If you use REPRE on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One partner account per person or entity. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple marketplace briefs or to route a referral twice may be closed and their commissions voided.

3. Partner obligations

Represent programs honestly. Do not claim to be employed by, or an official representative of, a brand beyond the partner relationship you actually hold.

Comply with each program’s published terms, including brand asset rules, permitted advertising channels and any prohibited keyword bidding.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or joint venture relationship with REPRE or with any brand.

4. Referrals and attribution

A referral is credited to the partner who records it and whose tracked link, code or introduction is used by the customer. Attribution is governed by the program’s stated cookie window.

Self-referrals, referrals of entities you control, and referrals generated through incentivised traffic that misrepresents the brand are not eligible for commission.

Where two partners claim the same customer, the earliest verifiable tracked interaction wins.

5. Commission and payouts

Commission rates, payout models and thresholds are set by each brand and displayed on the program page. REPRE does not set them and does not deduct a fee from partner commission.

Commission becomes payable once the brand approves the sale and any refund or validation window has passed. Reversed or refunded transactions are deducted from subsequent payouts.

Payouts are released on the program’s cycle once the cleared balance exceeds the program threshold. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any tax owed on your earnings.

6. Marketplace briefs

Businesses publishing briefs are responsible for their content and for the accuracy of the commission they offer. Partners are responsible for the claims they submit.

Do not submit a claim you cannot deliver. Repeated non-delivery may result in removal from the marketplace.

7. Prohibited conduct

No spam, cookie stuffing, coupon injection, trademark bidding on a brand’s own name in paid search, or use of incentivised traffic that misleads a customer about the product.

No scraping of platform data, no resale of access, and no attempts to circumvent attribution or payout logic.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or a program’s terms. Where a breach is proven, unpaid commission attributable to it is voided.

Approved commission earned before termination, and not attributable to a breach, is paid on the normal cycle.

9. Liability and changes

REPRE provides the platform and the directory. Brands are solely responsible for their products, their program terms and the commission they pay.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes are announced in the partner terminal before they take effect.

Questions about these terms, a payout dispute or a program agreement should go to the partner team before they become a problem.
