Partner questions

Everything you need before your first referral.

Commissions, payout timing and the mechanics of joining a program. If something is still unclear, the support centre is one page away.

Getting started

Do I need an audience to join REPRE?

No. Some partners run large newsletters, others are consultants, agencies or resellers who introduce a client to a program once. What matters is that you can route a real buyer to a program you represent.

Is there a cost to become a partner?

Joining REPRE is free. You are paid by the brands you represent, and REPRE never takes a cut of your commission.

How do I apply to a program?

Open the directory, filter by category or region, and open the program you want. You join directly with the brand from that page, then record your referrals in the partner terminal so your activity and payouts stay in one place.

Can I join from any country?

Yes, but each program states the regions it accepts partners from. Filter the directory by region before you apply so you do not spend time on programs that cannot onboard you.

Commissions

How much can I earn per referral?

It depends on the program. Commission headlines in the directory range from fixed bounties to 20% recurring, and each program page states its payout model, attribution window and minimum payout.

When is a commission confirmed?

A referral moves from submitted to contacted, then approved once the brand confirms the sale and the refund window has passed. Approved commission appears in your balance until it is paid out.

What is the difference between one-time and recurring commission?

A one-time commission is paid once on the first sale. Recurring commission pays a percentage for as long as the customer stays subscribed, which is why software programs usually outperform one-off product launches.

What happens if a customer refunds?

Refunded or fraudulent orders are reversed before approval. If a commission was already paid and the order is later refunded, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Payouts

When are payouts processed?

Most programs settle monthly, roughly thirty days after a commission is approved. Your payout methods page shows every program’s balance, so you always know what is cleared and what is still in review.

What is the minimum payout?

REPRE’s default threshold is USD 50, and some brands set a higher one. Once your cleared balance crosses the threshold, the payout is scheduled on the next cycle automatically.

Which payout methods can I use?

Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal and Stripe. Add your preferred account and payout email in payout methods; changes apply to the next cycle, never to a payout already in flight.

Do I need to provide tax details?

Yes. Payouts above your local reporting threshold may require a tax identifier before release. Add it early so a payout is never held at the end of a cycle.

Marketplace and claims

What is an opportunity claim?

Businesses post briefs on the market when they need distribution. Claiming a brief sends your pitch to the business, which then accepts or declines. Accepted claims become live referral work.

How quickly do businesses respond?

Most respond within three business days. Your claims page shows the current stage of every pitch, from sent through review to accepted or declined.

Can I claim more than one brief?

Yes, as long as you can genuinely deliver. Partners who over-claim and under-deliver lose ranking in the marketplace and are flagged to the businesses they pitch.

Programs and compliance

Can I use brand logos and assets?

Only within the rules the brand publishes. The brand kit page provides REPRE’s own marks and guidance; for a brand you represent, follow the asset terms on that program page.

How does attribution work?

Each program sets a cookie window, shown in days on its page. Referrals recorded inside the window are credited to you; longer enterprise sales cycles usually have longer windows.

What gets a partner account removed?

Self-referrals, bidding on a brand’s own trademark in paid search, coupon or cookie stuffing, and misrepresenting a brand’s product. These void commissions and end the partnership.
